For Student Athletes:
Whole Body Preparedness Training
Meeting 1 on 1, 2 or 3x per week, this is a comprehensive sports preparedness course for the muscular, skeletal and nervous system.
Too often we see young athletes on teams, who are ill-equipped from inadequacies in their team training to meet all the demands of their sport, leaving them injury prone. Ankle sprains, knee injuries, etc create patterns of compensation that become ingrained and create further injury over a lifetime. We've seen many high school athletes who already have chronic pain and injuries. |

Possessing a wealth of experience with various training methods, he has trained young athletes, professional athletes and weekend warriors and knows what works. The goal in training is strength and injury prevention while maintaining an optimal bodyweight. With each client, we assess their posture and areas of weakness and work to center the joints and teach proper position to execute each motion. Working out with us will train your muscles to absorb force, stabilize joints and build real strength for improved performance in all sports and activities. |

Jay Pandolfo- Professional Hockey Player, NJ Devils, 2-Time Stanley Cup Champion, Ironman streak of 283 consecutive games played, 2006-07 Frank J. Selke Trophy finalist for Best Defensive Forward in the NHL.
Jay suffered a severe groin/low back injury on 11-28-2007 which can take 18 to 24 months to heal. After 7 weeks of traditional medical treatment, Jay’s progress had stopped. ‘Pando’ was referred to us. We consulted with Denis Thompson and Jay Schroeder at ARPwave headquarters in Minnesota and came up with a game plan.Within 7 days of his 1st ARPwave Strength session, he was skating full speed. 11 days later Jay Pandolfo was back playing full time for the Devils and did not miss another game for the rest of the NHL regular season and Stanley Cup Playoffs.
