TBA In this free workshop, we will examine individual curve patterns and explain what's happening on the convexity and concavity sides of the body, so that you can better understand your curve pattern and how it's affecting you. We will learn productive exercises to help you take charge and restrain the momentum of your scoliosis rather than letting it control you. The sooner you learn corrective curve specific exercises, the better. Even if you wear a brace, becoming knowledgeable about your curve pattern and practicing appropriate exercise is vital to your long term positive outcome. |
